Calling curious star-gazers of all ages - Sydney’s most spectacular astronomy event is back on again, and you’re invited to pull up a front-row seat and explore the universe!

From Physics Magic Shows to immersive Planetarium sessions, and mini lectures from Macquarie academics and experts - Macquarie University’s Astronomy Open Night returns this month, and is set to be as popular as ever.

Discover Macquarie Park’s very own observatory and telescope park, and observe the stars and planets.

Bring your junior scientists along to the Kids’ Space, a fun-packed area complete with interesting, informative mini experiments and scientific activities for the little ones. There will also be a Junior Science Academy for primary school-age kids to design a rocket or create their own galaxy.

Afterwards, head to the lazer maze, robot demos, or grab food and drink at the Central Courtyard open till late.

Tickets are $40 adult / $25 concession students & seniors / $23 child 5-16 (4 years and under free).
