Robert Menzies College is the latest local leader to join Connect Macquarie Park Innovation District
Robert Menzies College – a student accommodation provider and conference facility – is the newest member of Connect Macquarie Park Innovation District .
Since its establishment in 1974, Robert Menzies College, a not-for-profit Anglican college affiliated with Macquarie University, has been dedicated to cultivating a community. The college boasts a student body exceeding 300, comprising young individuals from various regions of Australia and around the globe.
With a focus on ongoing pastoral support, the College enables students to engage with the university experience and thrive during their time in Macquarie Park.
College Master, Rev Dr Peter Davis, said:
“At Robert Menzies College our students have a unique opportunity to grow as a person, a scholar, and a leader. Our safe, caring environment supports them in their studies and helps them establish a firm foundation for life.
Our college campus is also somewhere the Macquarie Park community can meet. Our facilities are also available for events, conferences and meetings.”
For conferences and meetings, the College offers accessible venues for between 80 and 180 people, audio and IT equipment, breakout rooms, and in-house catering. Event organisers will also appreciate that the College can provide private rooms with ensuite accommodation at very reasonable prices outside of term times.
Robert Menzies College is located on Herring Road in the Macquarie Station Priority Precinct, an area which has seen significant change in the recent years including the arrival of Sydney Metro, new residential towers, and the expansion of Macquarie Centre.
Connect MPID is overseen by a Board of Directors consisting of local leaders from industry, academia, and government. We would love to hear from you if your organisation is interested in joining!
