Discover Macquarie University campus

Have you visited Macquarie University’s lush green campus recently? While you’ve been away, it’s had quite a glow up!

As workers and students return to Macquarie Park, the University invites everyone to come and share their space.

You don’t have to be a student to make the most of the amenities the University campus offers.

With galleries and museums, bars and restaurants, a 50m pool, plus sculptures set in extensive green open space - everyone is invited to explore the campus.

The recently completed Central Courtyard is a great spot for open air meetings and informal catch ups with colleagues. Or why not use the 126 hectares of green space for exercise, solo time or even a walking meeting?

Picking up a TEFMA award for the revitalised campus, Macquarie University Director of Property Mark Broomfield stressed the campus has been built for all:

"Our campus is open for everyone. If you haven't been to visit recently, you're in for a pleasant surprise.”

“We believe we've built a world-class campus that will bring our students, researchers and neighbouring business community closer together.”

March 2022 will see the most significant in-person return of students and business people to Macquarie Park since the start of the global pandemic. Connect Macquarie Innovation District’s “Macquarie Park is OPEN” campaign will welcome everyone back by highlighting Macquarie Park’s amenity, creating moments to bring people together, and boosting confidence across the Park.
