Add a fitness goal to your "new normal" routine - learn to run at Wilga Park on our pre-work running program for beginners and non-runners.

Skip the peak time traffic, and start your day feeling invigorated!

This is a six week program where you'll develop and improve each week, led by expert instructor Andrea from Run With the Slow Coach. Can't make a session? Feel free to join in anytime for 1, 2 or more sessions - you set the pace!

Run with the Slow Coach is an inclusive running community for anyone who might have been too scared to join a running group before, for fear of being too slow, too big, too old, too new - too anything! If you harbour an interest in running and want to learn to run a 2K, 5K or even a half marathon, this program is for you.

Part of MACQUARIE PARK IS OPEN: a 6-week campaign of events designed to encourage Mac Park employees to discover and enjoy the amenities in the area. Brought to you by Connect Macquarie Park Innovation District.


March 2022 will see the most significant in-person return of students and business people to Macquarie Park since the start of the global pandemic. Connect Macquarie Innovation District’s Macquarie Park is OPEN campaign will welcome everyone back by highlighting Macquarie Park’s amenity, creating moments to bring people together, and boosting confidence across the Park.
