The team at Eden Gardens know that nature play and creative endeavours are good at alleviating stress and promoting positive health and wellbeing across all ages.
So, this Sunday (March 12th), they are throwing a ‘Family Art Day’ for anyone and everyone to engage with the right side of their brain, build concentration, and practice mindfulness and flow.
The whole family is invited for a weekend of hands-on fun, with crafty cards, colouring-in, paper making and much more - including the Autumn Artisans Market for a bit of inspiration!
