Macquarie Park kitchen’s rule with new restaurant openings

Would you like Korean, Cantonese or Malaysian/Indonesian for lunch? In a sign of increasing footfall and returning confidence, Macquarie Park welcomes the opening of three new eateries!

You don’t have to go far to find good food in our innovation district, and with more people back in Macquarie Park for work, food and fun, Kong’s BBQ, Jinja and Dante’s Espresso Bar join a growing number of businesses opening their doors.

Kong’s BBQ -

Waterloo Road, Macquarie Centre

Kong’s BBQ is an authentic Korean BBQ experience, boasting a selection of premium meats, banchan, soju and beers. A session fee covers your coals and includes unlimited Banchan so you can get the whole team together for dinner. Chef Jun wants everybody to try this theatrical dining experience!

Open 5pm-10:30pm, Tuesday to Friday, 84 Waterloo Road.

Jinja - The Governor Hotel, 9 Waterloo Road

A high-end twist on Cantonese cuisine, Jinja offers mouth-watering dim sums, signature mains, desserts, drinks and even a traditional tea ceremony. Jinga officially opened its doors on 3 August at popular spot The Governor Hotel.

Dante’s Espresso Bar -

Fujitsu Building, 118 Talavera Road

Offering a combination of Malaysian and Indonesian cuisine alongside your typical lite bites is brand new cafe spot Dante’s Espresso Bar. Whether you need a caffeine kick or a heartwarming meal, Dante’s offers both dine in and takeaway.

Located on the ground floor of the Fujitsu building, 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday.

These three new eateries continue the recent trend of new dining opportunities in the Park with the recent opening of the Mercure Hotel complete with a new restaurant and bar and The Courtyard by Marriott Bistro opening for lunch again.
