New neighbours confirmed in Macquarie Park
Stockland has announced two new tenants for the first building of its $2bn development, M_Park, at 11 Khartoum Road in Macquarie Park.
Designed by global architecture firm 3XN, the ten-storey building is the first of four to populate Stockland’s life sciences and technology innovation precinct M_Park - which is set to become one of the largest of its kind in Australia.
CHEP - a leading global logistics company - is already operating in Macquarie Park, but will rellocate to M_Park early next year to occupy a whole floor and lease 1,820 square metres.
The Naked Duck is set to become another new neighbour. With more than a dozen eateries across Sydney, this restaurant franchise is well regarded for its high quality, healthy and fresh food, which incorporates French, Australian and Asian influence.
These tenants will be in good company with M_Park soon to welcome world-leading hearing healthcare group Demant. Innovative health provider WISE Medical recently moved into the first M_Park building as well, treating over 1,600 patients within the first month of operating in the new space.
Construction of 11 Khartoum Road is slated for completion this year, with the remaining M_Park buildings to be finished by FY25.
