Did you know?

  • Every night about two million Australian adults experience sleep disturbance caused by insomnia, the most common sleep disorder.

  • While the amount of sleep we need varies from person to person and changes throughout our lives, most adults need 7-9 hours’ sleep each night.

  • 24 hours without sleep is equivalent to having a blood alcohol content of 0.08%.
