We’ve ground the numbers, pressed the insights and poured out the results of our recent 2023 Coffee Poll.

This year’s poll saw record participation numbers and some pretty fierce coffee loyalties put to the test.

So, without further ado, we present the best coffee in Macquarie Park (drumroll, please!)

Bluestone Espresso Bar on Lyonpark Road.

This is the third consecutive year that Ben and his team have taken the top spot in Macquarie Park’s coffee scene. Congratulations guys!

Following closely behind was Macquarie University’s own Cult Eatery (Wally’s Walk) and The Perfect Brew (University Avenue). Seven other poll finalists are featured in our 2023 guide to the best coffee in Macquarie Park, as chosen by you.

Our 2023 poll revealed a close fight for preferred coffee type, with the cappuccino trumping the latte by a single vote! The flat white wasn’t far behind either, highlighting Macquarie Park’s love for milk.

We’re still a Park filled with early birds who love their morning caffeine fix, with 70% of us taking our first sips before 10am, and 91% before 12pm noon.

Macquarie Park is home to more than 90 cafes, bars and restaurants, and while only one can be crowned the winner, all our our local establishments would still love to see you.

Whether its taking your team meetings outside, going for a lunchtime stroll, or a good old fashioned face-to-face catch up with a colleague, why not fit in a visit to a new coffee spot and share the love with our local cafes.
