We’ve reached 70% double vaccination across New South Wales, restrictions are easing, and Mac Park is opening! If you’re fully vaccinated, here’s just a few of the things you can do in Mac Park from Monday 11 October:

SWIM!

Local pools and health facilities are re-opening today including Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre and at North Ryde’s best kept secret, the beautiful open air pool at North Ryde Fitness + Aquatic at The Village.

Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre returns from next Monday 18 October.

SKATE!

Perenial favourite Macquarie Ice Rink is back with Mega Skate Sessions galore and the return of the famous Friday Night Disco with resident DJ Anthony.

SHOP!

Non-essential retail is now open to customers who are fully vaccinated. This includes destination stores like Kmart, along with hair and beauty services like Paran! Check the opening hours and other requirements for each store on the Macquarie Centre website.

EAT + DRINK!

We’re all excited to head to the pub, but Macquarie Park’s best cafes are re-opening too. Perfect for power breakfasts and al fresco catch ups with colleagues! Not yet got your hands on our guide to the best coffee in Mac Park? Sign up here.

TRAVEL!

Public transport is ramping up with most services returning to 50% capacity. As always, it pays to plan your trip! From 11 October there are an increased number of services on train, bus, Metro and ferry across Sydney - making it even easier to get to Macquarie Park. Visit transportnsw.info to plan ahead.
