Celebrate sustainability at Eden Gardens

Macquarie Park is Open, so come and open your mind at the Eden Gardens Sustainability Festival on the first Sunday in April. From edible garden tours to insect hotels, this event has something for everyone.

The Sustainability Festival is all about making environmental responsibility the norm. There will be tours and workshops for families and foodies, talks about healing herbs and how to grow your own produce, and lots of opportunities for the kids to get hands on.

Or perhaps you grew too much basil this year and are looking for something new to tend, so swap your crop at the Crop Swap! These are just a few of the activities being hosted on the day, you can see everything that’s happening on their Eventbrite page.

The Sutainability festival part of Eden Gardens ongoing program of events that include markets, workshops and live music. All open to the public, it’s a great place to head out with colleagues and grab lunch, or visit over the weekend.

Located just off the M2 on Lane Cove Road, there’s lots of parking, plus lots of garden knowledge and always lots of fun.

March 2022 will see the most significant in-person return of students and business people to Macquarie Park since the start of the global pandemic. Connect Macquarie Innovation District’s Macquarie Park is OPEN campaign will welcome everyone back by highlighting Macquarie Park’s amenity, creating moments to bring people together, and boosting confidence across the Park.
