Next stage of major Macquarie Park development revealed

Waterloo Road will receive a facelift as plans to transform the current Johnson & Johnson site progress.

J&J will move to new state-of-the-art regional headquarters in stage one of M_Park, a new life sciences-focused precinct in the heart of Macquarie Park, delivered by Stockland (a Connect MPID member).

Outline plans for stage two will see five new commercial buildings on the corner of Waterloo and Khartoum Roads.

Once complete, M_Park could provide more than 6000 square metres of green space, open parks and landscaped areas to the public, and a network of new paths and cycleways to connect the site.

Stockland are inviting the local community to two community information sessions, with an opportunity to hear directly from the project team about the concept plan, and Stockland’s broader vision for the Macquarie Park site.
